Guri City Mokmin Volunteer Association Improves Housing Environment for Vulnerable Households in Sutak 3-dong

[News S=Reporter Eom In-yong] The Sutak 3-dong Administrative Welfare Center in Guri City (District Chief Hong Jong-min) conducted home repair volunteer activities on the 11th in collaboration with the Mokmin Volunteer Association (Chairman Yun Jae-geun) for vulnerable households with poor living conditions.

The volunteer activities took place early on a weekend morning at the home of an elderly single-person household resident in Sutak 3-dong. Volunteers worked on replacing wallpaper and flooring in the living room and master bedroom, installing window screens, and contributed to creating a clean and safe living environment.

Chairman Yun Jae-geun of the Mokmin Volunteer Association said, "Working hard alongside our members to provide seniors with more comfortable living spaces is deeply rewarding," and added, "We will continue our sharing and volunteer activities for neighbors in need in the community."
