NH Nonghyup Bank Icheon Branch Donates 8,000kg of Rice to Commemorate First Harvest of 2026 Rice

[News S=Reporter Eom In-yong] NH Nonghyup Bank Icheon Branch (Branch Manager Kim Gyeong-je) and the Icheon Nonghyup Cooperative Operating Council (Chairman Kim Chun-seop of Seolseong Nonghyup) held a ceremony on the 13th at the Daol Hall in Icheon City Hall to donate 8,000kg of Icheon rice to the city for underprivileged residents and social welfare facilities in the Icheon region.

Attending the event were Icheon Mayor Seong Su-seok, NH Nonghyup Bank Gyeonggi Headquarters Director Kim Sung-rok, and agricultural cooperative leaders from the Icheon region.

The donation is part of NH Nonghyup Bank's community contribution activities and was organized by the Icheon Branch to commemorate the first shipment of 2026 Icheon rice.

Branch Manager Kim Gyeong-je said, "NH Nonghyup Bank, as a financial institution that grows together with local communities, consistently practices the value of sharing," and added, "We hope this donation will be of help to those in need and serve as an opportunity to spread warmth to our community."
