Guri Urban Corporation Expands Child Safety Culture Through Subway Safety Experience Program

[News S=Eom In-yong] Guri Urban Corporation (Acting President Kim Young-do) held a subway safety experience program for local children at Jangja Lake Park Station on Line 8 on the 13th.

The children's subway safety experience, organized by the corporation's Transportation Business Division, was attended by 50 children and 4 teachers from Yunhee Ecological Kindergarten in Guri. The program operated as on-site education and hands-on experience covering essential safety rules for actual station use, including △how to purchase single-use children's transit cards △safe train boarding procedures △evacuation procedures in case of fire.

Acting President Kim Young-do said, "I hope this safety experience program, held with such strong support and interest, will help children in Guri use stations more safely," and added, "Going forward, the Urban Corporation will continue to serve with social responsibility and commitment to citizen happiness."
