Yangju City to Hold 'Y-ROAD Integrated Job Fair' on the 27th
Yangju City will hold the 'Y-ROAD Integrated Job Fair' on the 27th at the Gyeonggi Textile Comprehensive Support Center to support talent recruitment for local companies and employment opportunities for job seekers.
The job fair will run from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., with 30 companies including Cass Co., Ltd. and Kumsung Bedding participating in on-site interviews and recruitment consultations. Job seekers can check recruitment information by company and participate in interviews on-site.
In particular, Yangju City will provide employment support programs through the 'Y-ROAD Matching Lounge,' including AI cover letter consulting, AI mock interview coaching, and job matching consultations. These programs will help job seekers prepare for employment and support job matching between companies and candidates.
Employment preparation programs such as resume photo shoots, interview hair and makeup services, and personal color consultations will also be offered, along with customized job policy consultations tailored to different age groups.
From 1 p.m., author Lee Nak-jun will deliver a career-building lecture titled 'In the Age of AI, Humans Who Ask Questions Survive' in the main auditorium on the basement level. The main job fair will be held from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. in the convention hall on the first floor.
A Yangju City official stated, "We will strengthen on-site employment support so that companies' recruitment needs and job seekers' capabilities can be effectively connected," and added, "We hope for the active participation of citizens seeking employment."
