'Gyeonggi Real Estate Conference 2026' to be Held on the 15th…Discussing Real Estate Transaction Safety in the AI Era
Gyeonggi Province will hold the 'Gyeonggi Real Estate Conference 2026' on the 15th at 1:30 p.m. at Dasan Hall on the 1st floor of the Gyeonggi Provincial Government Building to discuss ways to strengthen real estate transaction safety utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) technology and the role of licensed real estate agents.
This event will be held under the theme of 'AI and Human Solidarity, Protecting Gyeonggi's Housing Safety Net Together.' Approximately 400 people are expected to attend, including Gyeonggi Governor Choo Mi-ae, National Assembly Member Son Myung-soo, the Vice Minister of Science and Technology Information and Communication, related agency heads, and licensed real estate agents.
Gyeonggi Province, the Korea Real Estate Agents Association Gyeonggi South and North Branches, the Korea Appraisers Association, KB Kookmin Bank, Korea Appraisal Data (KODATA), and the Korea Information Society Development Institute (NIA) will also sign a memorandum of understanding to create a safe real estate transaction environment.
The participating organizations plan to cooperate in operating a real estate transaction safety net and improving systems, on-site utilization by licensed real estate agents, linking price, market rate, and credit and real estate data, and AI technology consultation and system improvement.
The conference will address the role of licensed real estate agents in the AI era and ways to utilize AI technology in real estate brokerage practice.
Through this conference, Gyeonggi Province plans to examine the possibilities of utilizing AI in response to changes in the real estate transaction environment and the role of field experts, and discuss cooperation measures with related organizations to create a safer real estate transaction environment.
