The Gyeonggi Office of Education (Superintendent Ahn Min-seok) is hosting '2026 RAS, Gyeonggi Student Arts Festival,' an art festival held outside schools that brings together students, educators, and the local community.

Running from the 20th to 27th at the Gyeonggi Arts Center, this event, themed 'RAS ON! United by the Arts,' is a festival where students representing various regions across Gyeonggi Province showcase the artistic accomplishments they have cultivated.

'RAS Gyeonggi Liberal Arts and Physical Education' is a signature holistic education program of the Gyeonggi Office of Education that balances Reading, Arts, and Sports to develop students' ability to think, emotional sensitivity, and healthy physical strength in harmony.

The exhibition runs from the 20th to 27th at the Gyeonggi Arts Center Gallery, filled with rich and diverse works from schools that operate arts-focused schools, school galleries, arts collaboration centers, and Art-on-School programs.

The exhibition features 104 works including paintings (two-dimensional), sculptures, installations, design, crafts, and animation (video).

The music concert takes place on the 20th and 21st at the Gyeonggi Arts Center Grand Theater, featuring 9 orchestras, 5 traditional Korean music ensembles, 5 choirs, 2 musicals, and 4 bands. In particular, the band teams perform on an outdoor stage to match the nature of their performances.

Lee Jong-yun, director of the RAS Education Division at the Gyeonggi Office of Education, said, "'2026 RAS, Gyeonggi Student Arts Festival' will be a valuable venue where students can express themselves and empathize with others through the arts," adding "We will continue to actively support all students so they can enjoy the arts in their daily lives."
