Mobile Guarantee Services Made Easy...Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation Completes Enhancement of 'Eazy Won' App
The Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation (Chairman Si Seok-joong) has completed the enhancement of its non-face-to-face guarantee application mobile app ‘Eazy Won’ and began service on the 26th.
‘Eazy Won’ is a mobile app introduced in 2023 that provides ‘Three Zero’ (no office visits, no paperwork, no waiting) services that reduce the burden of visiting branch offices, preparing documents, and waiting on-site for consultations and document submission. The enhancement now maximizes these benefits, making the service more convenient for small and medium-sized enterprises and self-employed businesses in the region.
Users can apply for guarantees and submit documents via smartphone, and undergo automatic screening or consultation and review by branch staff members depending on the product and requirements, completing the entire process up to electronic agreements and guarantee certificate issuance.
Through the Eazy Won service, Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation has been providing necessary funding more quickly. Following 1.46 trillion won in total guarantees in 2025, it has also supported 1.34 trillion won in guarantees through the end of September 2026, utilizing the service as a key non-face-to-face financial support channel for businesses in the province.
The non-face-to-face service eligibility has been expanded from individual proprietors with sole representation to include corporations and joint-representative businesses. The document verification and agreement procedures previously conducted at branch offices can now be processed online.
Guarantee applications and agreements can be processed not only via mobile app but also on personal computers. In particular, even if users interrupt the application process, existing input information and progress status are maintained, allowing users to resume from where they left off on either the app or PC.
The consultation service is supported by AI chatbot ‘Bogeunji’, which provides 24/7, 365-day guidance on key inquiries such as guarantee eligibility, required documents, and application procedures, allowing users to access necessary information even outside business hours.
Chairman Si Seok-joong of Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation stated, “Reducing the time and effort required for guarantee applications for busy small and medium-sized enterprises and self-employed business owners is an important form of support,” and added, “Going forward, we will continue to ensure that more businesses can conveniently access the financial support they need and receive services that provide practical assistance in their operations.”
