Acoustic Guitar Melodies Echo at Gwanggyo Lake Park... Hoban Summit's 'Hoban Seolyul' to Hold Autumn Busking on the 31st
Hoban Seolyul, an acoustic guitar club of residents at Hoban Summit apartments in Gwanggyo Lake Village, Suwon, will hold 'Hoban Seolyul Autumn Busking' at Waterside Rest Area 3 of Gwanggyo Lake Park from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, the 31st.
This performance is an autumn regular concert following the regular busking event held last spring. Any citizens and local residents visiting Gwanggyo Lake Park can watch for free without separate registration.
Hoban Seolyul is an acoustic guitar club comprised of residents of Hoban Summit apartments. Music-loving residents have voluntarily gathered to engage in activities, and have been maintaining regular busking performances each year to communicate with neighbors through performances and songs.
This stage will feature performances of various genres of songs including 'Forgotten Season', 'El Condor Pasa', 'In Front of the Autumn Post Office', 'Love's Twist', 'While Swaying Among Flowers, I Felt Your Shampoo Scent', 'Is Anyone There', 'Good Night, Good Dreams', and 'With Love'. In particular, 'Seongjupuri' and 'Sanddakkebi', which fuse janggu drums with guitar, are special performances prepared specifically for this busking event, featuring a unique performance where traditional drumming rhythms and acoustic guitar melodies blend together. The flute club from the same apartment will also take the stage with a guest performance, adding to the autumn atmosphere.
Beyond performances, Hoban Seolyul is also undertaking community activities for interaction and harmony among neighbors. According to the group, they are creating opportunities for residents to naturally grow closer through music and cultivating a community culture within the apartment complex.
A representative of Hoban Seolyul said, "Since this is a performance prepared together by residents who love music, we hope many people will visit without hesitation and enjoy the romance of autumn," and added, "Going forward, we will continue to communicate with neighbors through music and bring warm vitality to the local community."
