Meanwhile, according to police, the owner surnamed Song is suspected of allowing his Fox Terrier to bite the thigh of a 3-year-old girl (A-yang) in front of an elevator on the basement level 1 of an apartment in Yongin on the 21st of last month. A police official said, "Since the victim's parents want the owner to be punished, we plan to file charges against Song once the damage investigation is completed."
