[News S=Reporter Eom In-yong] The Dasan Administrative Welfare Center in Namyangju City held an integrity leader pledge campaign on the 27th titled "Organization Without Abuse of Authority, Culture of Respect" with the participation of grade 6 and above staff members.

The campaign was organized to achieve the objectives of △preventing abuse of authority by middle managers, △spreading integrity culture, and △improving awareness. In particular, it was promoted to strengthen commitment to practice through the exemplary conduct of middle managers who have significant influence within the organization and to foster a healthy civil service culture based on mutual respect.

The Dasan Administrative Welfare Center plans to continue conducting additional campaigns so that all employees experience integrity in their daily work and establish an organizational culture based on trust.

Director Lee Ki-bok of the Dasan Administrative Welfare Center stated, "Middle managers leading by example and practicing integrity is the starting point for improving organizational culture," and added, "Going forward, we will take the lead in practicing transparent and fair administration to prevent abuse of authority and establish an integrity culture."
