[News S=Reporter Eom In-yong] As the nation faces a period of high inflation, Nugunaega Church under the Korean Baptist Convention (Senior Pastor Eom Ju-yong, located at 361 Ingye-dong, Paldal-gu, Suwon) is drawing attention as it plans to launch the 'Nugunaega One Meal' ministry starting from the 11th, providing free lunch to underprivileged neighbors.
Nugunaega Church decided to begin this initiative to warm the hearts of economically struggling neighbors burdened by the cost of dining.
The church plans to provide free lunch service for underprivileged neighbors for three hours from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on weekdays, preparing four side dishes, rice, and soup daily (Monday through Friday).
The meal service will be operated on a rotating volunteer basis, with volunteers scheduled to serve from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. each day.
Senior Pastor Eom Ju-yong, who leads this ministry, said, "In this period of sustained high inflation, we launched this ministry for underprivileged neighbors, practicing God's love through service and sharing to others, as Jesus did not turn away the hungry," adding, "we continue that love."
