The Suwon Office of Education (Director Kim Hye-ri) conducted training on the 26th for approximately 100 school administrative directors in the jurisdiction to enhance school administrators' capabilities to respond to changes in the future educational environment.

This training was part of the "2026 AI·Digital-Based Civil Servant Competency Enhancement" program and was conducted under the theme "School Administrative Directors, Reading the Age of AI," which examines developments in AI technology and changes in the educational environment.

The training focused on examining how artificial intelligence will impact the essence of education and school operations, and on exploring how to seek the role and direction of future school administration.

The lectures on this day covered ▲technology trends in the AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) era that surpasses human intelligence ▲the essential role of education changing beyond knowledge transfer-centered paradigms ▲practical changes and response strategies in the education sector according to AI technology advancement.

Kim Hye-ri, director of the Suwon Office of Education, said, "Witnessing AI technology advancing day by day, I am acutely aware that the role and methods of school education as well as administration must also change," and added, "I hope this training becomes an opportunity for school administrative directors to understand the future educational environment and develop competencies to proactively respond to changes."
